| This assessment considers the strengths, weaknesses, and employment experiences of each client. BEC then uses this to create a personalized training course to prepare the client for their desired employment. |

Skills Gap Training |

| Skills Gap Training provides each client with personalized courses and programs that prepare them for their desired job. BEC offers training specific to a particular employment position, as well as courses in resume and cover letter writing, and interview preparation! |

Job Search Assistance |

| BEC equips clients to become independent in searching out employment opportunities. They are introduced to the use of resources such as unemployment job-banks, local classifieds, and electronic job sites, etc. |

Job Placement Assistance |

| BEC boasts a high successful placement rate. With a strong resume in place, and good interviewing technique, combined with appropriate employability skills, and a desire to work, our employment counselor will connect you to suitable employers within the community to secure you a placement. |

| Once in employment, the client is provided with support(s) to enable them to make a smooth transition into their new work environment. Regular performance feedback is sought to ensure complete employee-employer satisfaction. |
