 BEC is an Employment Supports Service Provider for the Ontario Disability Supports Program (ODSP). BEC works individually with ODSP clients to assess their needs and objectives. We identify and correct employability skills gaps. With the right skills in place the client is able to become employable in an environment of interest. All training is tailored to meet the individual’s needs!
Clients work on upgrading resumes, polishing interview skills, and participating in active employment searches, with BEC’s employment counselors. We understand an ODSP client’s needs and can match them to receptive employers. Our high job placement rate is due to our strong relationships with community employers. Post-placement monitoring and support ensures sustainable employment.
