 We offer a spectrum of employability programs that can be taken for learning or accreditation purposes. Programs are available for any skill level ranging from basic to advanced to professional skill acquisition.
The College’s courses - diploma programs, certification and business and professional development – are taught either strictly von-line, or in combination with on-site facilitator-led instruction.
Certain clients may find the flexibility of distance learning to be a viable option. All BEC diploma and certification courses are offered with the distance learning option. These individuals have access to 24/7 mentor support. Both formats allow individuals to meet their career goals in a structured and self-paced environment.
Our programs are approved as vocational programs under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005, with job placement assistance provided for up to a period of three months upon graduation.

Students looking for greater program structure and support will benefit from on-site training. A comfortable working atmosphere and on-site facilitator support create an excellent learning environment.
| Distance Learning |
|
Distance learning is a viable alternative to students seeking greater program flexibility. All BEC courses are also offered as distance learning courses. These courses cover the same material as on-site programs, but come with access to 24 hour online mentoring support.
Programs can be tailored to individual learning needs – including a combination of on-site and distance learning.
Training Methodology
All program and course offerings are delivered using a highly interactive technology-based courseware. The courseware guides the student in a step-by-step manner through the training program. Interactive tutorials and simulations allow for practical experience and skills consolidation. Learning is individualized, and the student is able to work in a pressure-free environment, at his/her own pace.
